Harvested early from our Irish-owned Tuscan olive grove overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, our olives produce an oil that is vibrant, intense and fragrant – the pure essence of Sant’ Angelica and the Maremma region of Tuscany.
Our small-batch production comes from just 900 trees on our family-owned olive grove. Producing Sant’ Angelica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a true labour of love, crafted sustainably and organically using the finest techniques at every stage no matter how time consuming or demanding.
Our olives are cold pressed within hours of being picked, then allowed to rest so the oil clarifies and stabilises naturally, preserving its purity, aroma and flavour.
