Sant' Angelica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an Irish-owned, single-estate, award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil, awarded Gold at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.

Our small-batch production comes from just 900 olive trees on our family-owned estate, which sits on Garavicchio Hill in southern Tuscany, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Our olives are harvested early (15th September 2026) while still green, and cold pressed within hours of being picked, helping to preserve their freshness, aromas and naturally occurring polyphenols.

Our 2026 harvest recorded an exceptional 904 mg/kg of polyphenols — powerful natural antioxidants valued for their health-protective properties, which also contribute to the oil's distinctive peppery greenness, intensity and resistance to oxidation.

Our 2026 oil also recorded an exceptionally low free acidity of <0.03%, an important indicator of the quality and condition of the olives and the care taken throughout harvesting and milling.

Producing Sant' Angelica is a true labour of love. We farm organically and sustainably, with the greatest care and attention at every stage, no matter how time-consuming or demanding.

There is a strong Irish connection with Sant' Angelica EVOO. Each year our bottle features an original piece of artwork by renowned Irish contemporary artist Maser, giving every harvest its own unique identity. Our labels and packaging are also produced in Ireland, continuing the connection between our Irish roots and our farm on the Tuscan coast.
